[Bug] iOS Mobile Safari: Need to click twice when selecting time

Vue version: ^2.6.12
Browser: Mobile Safari

Steps to reproduce
Just go to https://mengxiong10.github.io/vue2-datepicker/index.html and then choose time from the datetime picker

Expected behavior
It should pick the time the moment I first clicked on it.

Actual behavior
it's just applying a 'hover' state to the time picker that I've clicked.
