[Feature Request]: Ambient lighting effects for Neopixels

It would be cool if the Neopixels on the Heltec T114 and other nodes could support more features.
I'm not sure if the Ambient lighting module was meant for this, but I was thinking of extending it with these features:

• Custom breathing lights. Select a color and it would do a breathing effect, going in and out. Maybe only when a message is received.

• Custom notifications: If the external Notification Module is also on, then the lights could light up according to the node-based color (Like the way the apps assign a color to each node). So if I get a message from Node X, flash the lights that color. The regular external Notification settings would still apply for alert duration.

• When a bell is received, flash the lights faster, and alternate the lights if more than 1 is installed.
