Remove obsolete restrictions on prisma (#592)

Motivation and context

Since v5, where on unique queries exposes all the fields, not just
unique fields.

Parameter transformation (#587)

Enable parameter transformation with the .apply() method.
It has more or less the same logic as .reduce() with the ability to
flatten the input type.
