We currently support some GCMD keywords: GCMDSK, GCMDLOC and GCMDPROV.
We should probably extend this to Platform and Instrument, since they are currently quite a lot used in the global attributes of netCDF files and can be easily be picked up but cannot be translated into our platform and instrument vocabularies (which are quite limited).
If we do this we need to revise how we use the platform and instrument in MMD.
