Failed to copy particular info. Copied everything else on the page successfully.

Yeah, TextExtractor is imperfect. Windows Snipping tool is recommended.

Yes, but I want TEXT on the clipboard. I have plenty of tools to take screen image shots.

What version of Windows - and of Snipping tool - do you have? It should be able to select and edit (copy/redact) text.
