❌ Actual Behavior
Yesterday powertoys.run started running and consuming all the available RAM—some memory was even on paging. After ~15 min I decided to quit the program using task manager. Put the computer to hibernation, went home, next day when I started it, the display froze and went black. Then I got this message above.
