MFA Adapter - Page Formatting

Hi,
When using a MFA Adapter, the MFA pages does not look like the MFA pages in Azure. It seems like it is still using the old formatting with the "For security reasons..." text and username in parentheses.
It also looks like some space is missing in between the standard text and the MFA adapter text.

Could the MFA pages also get the same look and feel as Azure?
