KMSI not available when login_hint is used

Hi,

We've KMSI enabled on ADFS 2016, and are using the paginated sign-in experience.

We have OAuth applications federated that are doing SP initiated sign-in. The applications send the request with login_hint and we then arrive nicely directly on the password page (which is nice, since I already typed my username in the application before redirecting to ADFS). The problem is when we get to the ADFS password page, the "Keep me signed in" box is not there, since that box is located on the ADFS username page (I can click Back and select it, but that is not so user friendly).

How can we get "Keep me signed in" to work in this scenario?
