How to start terminal or any profiles with multiple panes, each having different starting directories.

I know there are options to customize panes, but unable to do it myself.
I want 4 panes (2x2 grid), with first pane at "c:/first", second pane at "c:/second" and so on.

Any of these will be usable

1. Assigning it in shortcut with parameters. So starting terminal will open this layout
2. Creating this in a profile, so opening a profile will bring this layout
3. Assigning a keyboard shortcut. So running keyboard shortcut will convert current terminal into specified configuration

I hope this is possible.
