Recentemente fizemos a implementação do nosso header, porém existe alguns pontos que ainda precisam ser melhorados/implementados. E um deles é o nosso botão com tooltip que fica localizado no topo superior direto do menu.

Começamos a implementar o tooltip, porém não conseguimos finalizá-los devido a outras demandas de maior prioridade.

Precisamos implementá-lo seguindo a documentação do Material UI. No evento que o usuário terá ao clicar no botão o tooltip irá abrir e exibir três links: Configurações, Perfil e Sair. Sem esse tooltip o usuário não poderá realizar essas ações.
