Oh, that looks interesting!

My goals with this project are

1. a set of templates that anyone can clone and start modifying to have some quick templates that look "nice enough"
2. a starting point to develop new templates with modern tooling

Looks like a plugin could work well mostly for the second part, and it would definitely be an improvement over my current "copy these files and change the names" strategy for multi-template repositories.
