parameters containing underscores are placed in s except for
"authentication_secret". May we place it in s and remove the
quotes?

Original:
The "authentication_secret" generated for
each user at each epoch of the group is a one-time, per client,
authentication secret which can be exchanged between users to prove
their identity to each other.
