Rerender - Dynamic System with RSBuild #4239

I'm trying to reproduce the dynamic system example, using rsbuild.
But the screen refresh when i select the second option.
If I click on a button to set the System it works fine, but when i click on another option the screen rerender.

Any JS errors?
Any prevent default to avoid button or link from refreshing?
