Describe the bug
impossible to scroll chat with keyboard (Up/Down, PgUp/PgDn)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to any chat on web.telegram.org/k
Press PgUp / Up

Expected behavior
Chat should scroll, allowing you to view and interact with its history

Actual behavior
PgUp does nothing.
Up initiates editing your last message.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Linux
Browser Firefox
Version 134.0b10
