Guidelines for l10n community leaders to organize l10n events that are productive and beneficial to the needs of their communities. Should include:

  1. Best practices for logistics
  2. List of recommended activities
  3. List of recommended formats with descriptions (MozCoffee, Unconference, virtual sprint, etc.)
  4. How to request budget/gear
