Examples under Working 1.3 won't compile #1

e3DHW_array_lib.1.3.scad appears to be missing.

For example, when opening example, you get this console output:

Loaded design 'D:/Documents/OpenSCAD/1.3/e3DHW_DIN_rail_examples.scad'.
WARNING: Can't open include file 'e3DHW_array_lib.1.3.scad'.

Duplicating the file e3DHW_array_utils.1.3.scad to e3DHW_array_lib.1.3.scad appears to be a quick fix to resolve the issue.
