Based on underlying point based data - so useful for new constituencies as well?

Link broken on page, but in github here: https://github.com/open-innovations/constituencies/blob/main/src/_data/sources/environment/storm_overflows.csv

Note that it's not explicitly licenced, and to extent they've made it for a similar project to LIH, so might be polite to say hi.
