Description

For some pelvic bones, aligning along principal axes results in radical change in orientation. document those cases.
Case in point, s0477.

the plane of symmetry may be broken in some hip bone examples.

The one was very asymmetric to start with. Hence, aligning principal axis fails.

This one looks like hopeless case. No straightforward way to add additional preprocessing to correctly detect the wrong landmarks.
