macos x86_64 wheel for nassl 5.3.0?

We have a few employees who use sslyze, but are still on an x86 mac. They are having trouble installing sslyze because there isn't an x86 wheel for nassl.

The CI pipeline for building the intel-based macos wheels randomly stopped working so I removed it ( 7dd3d80#diff-52d0610b43ce35e44510ae2d15d70668334378b01c1bdc774159cd3a33b71728L16 ) and it's unlikely that I will find the time to fix it.

However, the wheel should be easy to build on an intel Mac (invoke build.all).
