Add OpenTelemetry metrics Support

Would it be possible to add opentelemetry support to the .NET drivver?

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to have metrics about the database exported like number of queries, time of every query, the cypher of every query and its parameters and so on, in order to better investigate when a query is slow and why.
