Hi,

apparently a few release tags were deleted, namely tags 3.1.4 to 3.1.6 (inclusive). This prevents composer install on projects depending on these missing versions (e.g. due to a bug/break in a patch version).

Why they have been deleted? Can they be restored?

Unfortunately, these releases were messed up. Please write me why you need them specifically so we can sort it out.
