Old Ninject versions are not supported!

but still can't find IMissingBindingResolver when I build MVC2 solution of ninject.web.mvc

I use this version 2.0.1.0 of Ninject, but still can't build, Can you check it again?

It's built on every commit on the Integration Server and this one has no other files than on github. Everything is fine there. So use the latest build 2.1.0.76 of Ninject, use the binaries from the buildserver or wait for the upcomming release.

This might be less confusing if the Ninject core project had binary packages available on the Downloads link that were actually compatible with the MVC extension. As of right now, everything up is at least 5 months old: https://github.com/ninject/ninject/downloads
