(I've had this flagged in my inbox since January 2019. I haven't had time to follow up on it and now I'm moving it here as an issue. Reported by @Yazazie)

On the front page of an automatically produced book:

  *HEFTE #1*AT D#10 
⠠⠓⠑⠋⠞⠑⠀⠼⠁⠠⠁⠞⠀⠙⠼⠁⠚⠀

On the front page of a manually produced book:

  ,Hefte #1 av #10  
⠠⠓⠑⠋⠞⠑⠀⠼⠁⠀⠁⠧⠀⠼⠁⠚

Why does the word AV become AT?

I see that also the "1" and the "av" are concatenated. This is not happening in the unit tests.

Can someone provide a new test?
