Some verbs that have imperative mood in the input are lemmatised to imperfect aspect, while the others—to perfect one.

Some examples:

переведи → перевести (perfect, could be переводить)
объясни → объяснять (imperfect)
расшифруй → расшифровывать (imperfect)
