The outreach initiative team have been working on setting up a system of organising meetups and also providing meetup.com accounts for interested folks willing to spin up Node Meetups across the globe.
In other, not to duplicate efforts with the user-feedback session how well can we align the meetup sessions and the new node meetups initiative?
We discussed this in a user-feedback non-meeting (those who came to a cancelled meeting) and what we thought was:
outreach initiative would help a group start/run a general ongoing Node.js meeting
a user-feedback session is just one of the possible content choices for any given instance of that meeting.
So there is not necessarily an overlap, except that it would be good if the materials that the outreach team puts in place highlights that doing a user-feedback session in on or more of the meetings is a good idea and will help the project.
