We should publish builds

It's a bit hard for people who aren't experienced with Rust to try Nana out. It would be nice if we could build executables+installers in GitHub Actions and publish them (probably in GitHub releases).

Since you are working on this it would be great to get more people on board helping out, giving feedback etc...

So if publishing builds as you suggest would increase marketing exposure of nana and allow more people to use the product because the barrier to entry to run nana is less then sounds like a great idea 😄
