How to install v9 on fresh nuxt install?

I am just trying to install v9 on new project but it give me this error

ERROR Nuxt module should be a function: [object Object]

What i tried

npx nuxi@latest init test-i18n

cd test-i18n

npx nuxi@latest module add @nuxtjs/i18n@next
