A frontend for localization file generation

Wouldn't it be cool to have a module or an option to generate a front to generate the localization file ?

In my current project I work with translators (a german and an english one). It is really a pain in the a** to make the back and forth between the json file... that would be so cool to have an online interface where the translators could work on their own ...

that's it. That is the idea hahaha :-)
