DESCRIPTION OF ISSUE

When the user clicks on tabs (such as Transfers or ERC-20), the page scrolls, but it scrolls too far down, causing the table's column headers to disappear from view.

@buberdds - Yeah correct and I agree. Not sure what input is needed from me on this though. The anchor link has to be located higher up the page so the tabs stay within the viewport.
