Write CI tests for emerald- and sapphire-localnet that:

  • deploy a smart contract (demo-starter)
  • send an encrypted transaction (setMessage)
  • signed and encrypted calls (message)

This way we can rest assured that the network was really correctly spun up, the deposits were made, the key manager works etc.

Perhaps use a new demo-starter-go dApp to have a single binary for everything?
