its should be just open the obs and nothing happen and running smoothly

its make crash and make display main screen look like this some program has frozen too ? anyway to fix this ?

OBS runs in user space, and cannot directly cause a GPU driver crash like this. Something is very unstable on your system, causing this crash. I'd recommend starting with a full DDU GPU driver reinstall.
