Create better guidance to existing materials on the OHW github repo

There's great materials that has been created by OHW, but it's difficult to find by people coming into OHW materials via Google.

The idea of a consolidated curriculum is to have a webpage, and GH repo, for publication and developed akin to SWC. That way we not only have stable page but we can also ask other similar entities, like SWC to add links to our pages.

Thanks @emiliom . Yes, I think it is not easy to navigate in the OHW material as it is today and it would be worth it for us to put some time on the guidance as well. If a good teaching resource can't be found, did that exist?

@ocefpaf , I think it would be great to have SWC adding links to our pages, but that is not the solution for this problem. As I mentioned in the meeting today, I believe that there are differences in what is a consolidated curriculum in SWC and what would be for OHW.

Not sure what problem you are referring but my point above was the about finding the materials via a "sister" curriculum since you mention it was hard to find it with Google in the meeting.

That is the point I made in our meeting today why we must have our own repos and hosting instead of submitting the content as capstones to SWC, so we can adjust for the things that do not fall under their model. However, there are many things we can copy from the SWC page model that would greatly improve lesson navigation and maintainability. That will help address the "better guidance."

I don't think that I said that it is hard to find it with Google because that is not true, as long as one knows what is looking for.

It was agreed in previous meetings that the SWC model is fantastic and we should use that as an example. That is not under question.
