Transcription can be marked complete even when it is 0% complete

can implement a validation check that ensures u can only mark a transcription complete when the percentage complete is 100%.

As we previously discussed, you can remove the "mark as done" button. The button text is stored in the database, so I can change the other button text to read "stop transcribing" before deploying the changes.

The percentage complete is rarely 100% and can sometimes (page 2) be very low.
