Add in option to transcribe summary data

Find a way to capture summary data

Summary and mean data (daily or monthly) are needed for quality control and error checking.

The summary and mean data are not currently easily associated with a field or date time. One possibility might be to add them to metadata or a similar table that is attached to the page with date attributes associated with the page.

If the summary or mean data could be compared to calculated summary or means from the transcribers' entries, transcription errors could be more easily detected and corrected by the transcribers.
