It would be helpful to know which probe is not seated properly, if possible.

This would help because probe seating in this headstage is finicky.

Usually some readjustment is needed due to the way these probes sit in the zif connector (not all the way to the end):

This was easier to test and re-adjust in the old library because it had an indicator of which probe was not communicating, as seen here.
