Currently all session times (at least for the oSLO conference) are shown in UTC, which makes it hard to determine which sessions you will be able to attend. (You have to first figure out what time zone you will be in on the date of the conference and then do the math in your head.)
Expected correct behavior:
The site should give the option of showing the times either in UTC or in the visitor's local time. Local time can be determined either by querying the browser or by allowing the user to set a time zone in their profile.

The TeX Users Group has been running online conferences lately and their conference program shows times, by default, by querying the visitor's browser. The program also gives the visitor the option of selecting a different timezone. Maybe something similar to this could be implemented.
