What/Why

What are you proposing?

The OpenSearch Project had adopted the Amazon Open Source Code of Conduct in https://github.com/opensearch-project/.github/blob/main/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md. The contact information listed at the bottom of that document ([Contact us](mailto:[email protected]).) needs to change.

What users have asked for this feature?

Coming from #216.

What problems are you trying to solve?

Amazon should not be on the hook to enforce CoC in the OpenSearch Software Foundation.

What is the user experience going to be?

Clear explanation of who to contact for CoC violations.

#63 contains some previous discussion related to this topic as well.

Also that issue mentions another email that likely needs updated - https://github.com/search?q=org%3Aopensearch-project%20aws-security%40amazon.com&type=code. Not sure if we want to combine these updates in this issue or create a new ticket.

@bryanlb Good callout - I think that #219 focused on the security changes which should handle that email reference - if they get updated in the same PR its OK with me.
