Describe the feature you'd like to request

We want to create metrics-based reward allocators. We should start with 3-5 and measure how often users choose them.

These allocation suggestions should feed into opensource-observer/oso#5

Describe the solution you'd like

UI/UX with some way to see the top reward functions and ways to donate using them.
