Build metrics for GG23 Retroactive Round

What is it?

Create PyOSO Notebook to report on the following GG23 Retroactive Round metrics for eligible grantees:

Objective: Optimize for Builder Participation and Retention

• Current Active Developers: Number of active developers since GG18
• Developer Retention Rate: Percentage of developers retained since GG18
• Contributor Onboarding Rate: Count of first-time contributors since GG18

Objective: Grow Allo GMV

• GMV Growth: Lifetime Matching Funds Amounts in GG (already adjusted for Sybil-correction)
• Scaling Community Rounds: Number of rounds participated outside of OSS GG rounds

Objective: Onboard and retain a diverse donor base

• Donor Retention: Number of donors who have supported this project in at least 3 rounds since GG18
• Unique Donor Growth: Percentage increase in new donors since GG18
• Network Contribution Score: Average number of other projects supported by projects' donors
