MCS: Error handling with failures in MCS not being handled correctly by sqlmesh #3224

To Reproduce

Need to look into this. This was caught when we moved things around with nessie and some of the setup was slightly different which caused some bugs.

I believe this was resolved with #3226. If problems arise again we will handle it in a different issue
