What happened?

If we unlock 2 stage sap strength in the skill wheel we should hit in a larger area, but this doesn't happen.

What OS are you seeing the problem on?

The bug exist.
The spell area increases when you unlock the first upgrade on the wheel of destiny.
When you unlock the second upgrade, the area returns to common size, undoing the first upgrade.
