Dear MFEM team,
is is possible to couple two meshes together using mortaring (e.g. using Lagrangian multipliers or Nitsche's penalty formulation) ?
(see e.g. slide 2 here for reference).
An application case would be an electric motor where the mesh between the stator and rotor becomes non-conformal (in terms of matching not hanging nodes) due to the rotation of the rotor.
