✨ MFEM Community Workshop 2024

Dear MFEM Community,

The MFEM team is happy to invite you to the 2024 MFEM Community Workshop, which will take place October 22-24th, 2024 in a hybrid format: in-person at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory + virtually on Zoom.

If you plan to attend, please register no later than October 15th.

In-person attendees will receive a follow-up form for the registration fee and will be welcomed to select optional MFEM-branded items for purchase. There is no registration fee for remote participants.

The goal of the workshop is to foster collaboration among all MFEM users and developers, share the latest MFEM features with the broader community, deepen application engagements, and solicit feedback to guide future development directions for the project.

• We are looking for users to present the work they are doing utilizing MFEM. If you are interested in giving a 30-minute talk, please indicate that in the registration form.

• Returning this year is the student showcase. Feel free to pass this information along to students who may be interested in attending and/or presenting a 10-minute lightning talk.

• We will also be holding a simulation and visualization contest open to all attendees. The winners will receive an MFEM t-shirt and their submissions will be featured in the MFEM gallery. Note that the vis contest has its own submission form on the workshop web page linked above.
