Photos not updating

Hi,

I've successfully set up a connection to my Immich instance.
A picture loads in for the random favorited photo entity.
However, when I place it in a picture card in a dashboard, the picture remains stale.
If I open the entity, it'll say it has been hours since it last updated, which would be me restarting Home Assistant.
Basically after loading it in for the first time, it doesn't update anymore.

How can I debug this? I have no idea where to look.
