Modified date metadata for folders not coming over on data upload

Describe the bug

When you upload a folder containing subfolders and files, the modified date does not come over correctly for subfolders, however it does for files.

Additionally, it would be helpful to have "created date" metadata available in the user interface

Steps to reproduce

1. Drag and drop a folder containing files and folders
2. Note the descrepency in the modified date for files and sub folders. Files have correct modified date, folders do not
3. While modified date is visible, there is no option to see the orginal creation date for the files/ folders

Expected behavior

1. The folders should carry over the modified date from the source
2. There should be an option to display the "created date" metadata in the UI

Actual behavior

1. Modified date for files is correct, however not for folders
2. Created date field is not visible
