[OCM] no notification when federated share expiry #11036

Describe the bug

When a federated shared file/folder expires, no notification gets triggered

Steps to reproduce

  1. And using server "LOCAL", "Alice" user has created the federation share invitation
  2. And using server "REMOTE", user "Brian" has accepted invitation
  3. And using server "LOCAL", user "Alice" has uploaded a file with the content "ocm test" to "/textfile.txt"
  4. And user "Alice" has shared file "textfile.txt" with permission "File Editor" to federated user "Brian"
  5. And user "Alice" expires the last share of resource "textfile.txt" inside of the space "Personal"
  6. no notification pop-up

Expected behavior

Notification related to share expired should pop-up

Actual behavior

Notification didn't pop-up

Setup
