Dialogue spans can be pretty hard to read

What happened?

I think this trace (5c793eaed172ecdc) is showing 4 failed attempts and then a success on the 5th attempt, but it's pretty hard to read.

What did you want to happen?

I think if we could include a bit more information in the span names (e.g. attempt number 1/4) or possibly even update the span name at the end of the span, then we could include info like the response code or whether a particular span threw or what specific host was chosen
