Crops/Seeds Missing

In Farmer to Florist the following seeds are missing in Pierre's shop (used CJB Cheats Menu to fast forward but is also missing in CJB Item Spawner):

Camillia
Cranberry Beans
Delphinium
Hyacinth

I've only done Spring so far, but not sure why these would be missing when other 2,3,4+ years show up in other related mods (Fruits & Veggies, Mizu's Flowers, etc.)
