Fix message bar font and dep for RHDH in 2.2.0-prerelease.36

For ChatBot, RHDH is reporting the font looks funky in the Message bar (Monospace) and that their build is failing with Can't resolve 'rehype-unwrap-images' on 2.2.0-prerelease.36. 2.2.0-prerelease.35 seems fine. RHDH pulls in our styles weird - probably the message bar is tied to that, and I'll look at our dependency declarations again.

Unable to recreate can't resolve build error in Composer test environment - will follow up with Karthik. The text area inherits the font-family (this is inherited from PatternFly). Either we can supply a font-family or RHDH can supply a default. Monospace appears to be the default on my system - usually this is overridden by PatternFly, but they may have some funky things going on.
