Current Behaviour

The package updates from the GitHub repository using the releases. However, the releases have changed to include other things besides the module. Tags are not consistent. And it's going to be difficult to ensure we actually grab the module from there.

The chocolateyInstall.ps1 has some old code in there too. Whole package needs overhauled.
